Meeting of the UIT, Paris in the month of July. While every participants listen so impatient a debate about the importance of the access to internet in the countries in the process of development, a call bell of a mobile phone resounds. The matter is recognized from the very first notes and some participants begin to laugh. Are they, fortunately, a few to realize that the mobile phone belongs to ? Paul Twomey, the new ICANN president ! Today, however, a point is still here : the generic election of "Impossible Mission" as a call bell is a symbol of the reform that the Australian president started only a few month ago :-)
